Per Fabrizio Romano, Bayern are willing to allow Tel to leave in January as they seek to expose him to more first-team football. The 19-year-old has played 76 times for Bayern in total, scoring 16 goals, but has been limited to just four Bundesliga appearances under Vincent Kompany this season, due in large part to Harry Kane's superb form.

Kane is obviously Bayern's first-choice, and has scored 20 goals in 18 appearances thus far this term. Bayern have routinely operated with a lone striker, and the England captain has made that position his own. The Bavarian giants will be acutely aware that he is 31, however, while Tel is 19, so development for the latter is key.
WHAT BAYERN SAID
Bayern sporting director Christoph Freund said: “We're speaking to the players and also discussing things with the coaching staff because it's important to us that the boys make good development steps”.

Tel was ruled out of Bayern's most recent Bundesliga fixture, a 3-0 win over Augsburg, and it is unclear if he will be available for this weekend's huge clash with Borussia Dortmund in Der Klassiker.
