Rangers have improved significantly under the guidance of Steven Gerrard and, having previously saved their best performances for the European stage, shone domestically by defeating Hearts at the weekend.
Fans of the Glasgow side have been treated to some fine performances by young players and Rangers have benefitted from Gerrard’s links with his former club Liverpool, securing loan deals for exciting players.
Ryan Kent is one of those and the 21-year-old has now revealed he would like to make his move to Rangers permanent, which could spark Gerrard into action in January to try to get a deal over the line.

With two goals and an assist in seven league appearances this season, Kent has shown the sort of attacking edge that the club are looking out for and an exit from Liverpool is the best course of action for his career at this stage due to the wealth of competition he faces at Anfield.
A deal, therefore, makes sense for all parties and Gerrard must be prepared to pursue an agreement in 2019 to bring Kent to the club on a permanent basis.
